Calculator of calories for weight loss

My gender - male. My age is 22 years. My weight is 75 kilograms. My height is 172 centimeters. Exercise level - Little/no exercise. According to this calculator I consume 2064 calories/day (graph "maintenance").
If I enter the same parameters, but the other weight (65 kilograms). That calculator will output 1944 calories/day (graph "maintenance"). It turns out that in order to lose 10 kilograms I need to cut calories only on 120? One cardio workout per week is enough for this. It looks unrealistic. How much do I need to cut calories to lose 10 kilograms?

Calories are not the major factor in weight gain or loss.  Some high calorie foods are great for weight, such as fatty fish.  The biggest factor is how you metabolize what you eat into sugar and how well you digest what you eat.  I don't think any calorie calculator will help you lose weight, but basically, if you increase the output of energy you will probably lose weight.  If you cut down on the amount you eat without eliminating the healthy foods you will probably lose weight.  Slowly.  Eat less, exercise more is still pretty basic, but it still depends a lot on what it is you're eating and also what it is you do for exercise.
