Changing it up

So I weighed this morning and was 190 lbs.  determined to be in the 180's by the end of the week so I changed up my exercise routine.  Decided to do some kickboxing.  OMG!!  Kicked my butt!!!  My legs are killing me LOL.  Hopefully tomorrow will see a dip in the scale.

Well I weighed today and I was 189.6 so I made my goal for this week.  Whooo hoo!  Now I just got to keep the momentum going.

Kickboxing?  Sounds advanced, you go!  I consider each 5 lb increment to be really exciting.  Good luck breaching the 170's, looks like you'll get there soon!
