Hi, I have been taking the Kim Kardashians Quick Trim Extreme burn pills, I don't have any side effects but I am just worried if they are okay for me to keep taking.
Ive heard good results with quick trim. U do have to excercise with it and eat right to tho. Like BARb135 said u may gain it back that I agree,BUT its up to u to keep the diet up after taking the pill:) goodluck
My personal opinion is to avoid pills, especially ones that claim to be "quick". The only way to lose the weight is eat less portion sizes of QUALITY foods, and exercise more. The best way to increase your metabolism is to exercise regularly. Have you ever tried ZUMBA? :)
