I have already noticed a change..My tops are a bit bigger..I am wheel chair bound . But i go out every day and walk with my legs ( In the wheel chair) 1 to 2 hours daily. my fiance is the cook..I tell him what to buy at the market..I have to look up more recipies..( 500 calorie) I have found some real good ones online..Thank you for your answer ..Blessing
I've used the Slimfast program (specifically the shakes), but you need more food than that. Eating a lot of vegetables, and adding lean protein is much better for you.
How far are you able to walk? Can you do other exercises, as well? You might want to look into exercises called "chair yoga", which is for people who aren't able to do other forms of yoga.
