I am so grateful for this tracker. It's a little hard to use because of the limited food selection options, but I imagine as more users add things this will be less of a problem.
I'm wondering though, where should I get advice on mine? My average calorie intake seems really high to me (5'6" 187lbs, size 10-12) even though I try very hard not to overeat. I eat lots of good things, too. There are a couple starchy things, but everything else is protein, veggies, and fruit... I think. That's what I'm trying anyway. So, I'd like to figure out how I can cut down on calories and/or what I'm doing wrong. Shouldn't I only be eating around 1200 per day?

Say....I finally figured out the "Manage My Health" portion to this equation.....WOW! This is very snazzy! I am really JAZZED about this Food Journal. Can't wait to see how much it helps us all learn and progress with our efforts!

I signed up for it earlier this morning, but had a problem when I added a food that wasn't listed - it locked up on me, so I'll have to go in later and see if I did something wrong. I'm excited to get it up and running - will be so much easier than flipping to another web site which I don't have time for, but I'm on mh EVERY day at least once and most often several times/day. I'm anxious to get it going.
