Finding for weight loss buddy!

Hi guys, I'm looking for someone who is also embarking on a weight loss journey to keep myself motivated! I've been trying to lose weight for quite a few years now, but it always fail ):
I'm 66kg and 163cm! I've really big thighs and calves ): anyone has any suggestions on how to tone the legs?
And, can you give me some suggestions on how to lose weight and tone the body? Is there any food I shld stay away from, apart from sugar and maybe carbs? Thanks a lot!!

Hi there!
Best way to tone your legs is walking. Lifting for your legs will increase your problem.
Losing weight takes a lifetime commitment. I just started my journey last week.
Eliminate everything white, flour, rice, pasta, baked potatoes etc.
No soda, no candy or cake or ice team.
Eat meat, veggies & fruit. You can do it!

Here is the answer to this question.
In order to lose weight, you have to subtract calories.  Safe weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week, so in order to lose 1 lb/week, you'd have to drop 500 calories from your BMR each day (1 lb is equal to 3500 calories, so 500 calories X 7 days = 3500 calories or 1 lb).  OR you can drop 250 calories from your diet and increase exercise to use an additional 250 calories.

Changing up calorie counts and exercises will help prevent plateau.
