I take phentramine to lose weight and the thing to remember is you can't have it all and it's not like you're gonna be on the medicine forever..
You can either keep being fat and decline in your health or take the damn meds, do what the doctor says, start eating right and exercising at least 30 minutes a day.
Ask your doctor to do some simple tests to make sure your thyroid is functioning properly. Hypothyroidism is one of the main causes of weight gain/inability to lose weight, along with insulin resistance and/or metabolic syndrome...
The tests you need to determine if you have hypothyroidism are Free T3 and Free T4, along with TSH. Don't let your doctor just test TSH, which is what many doctors will try to test and tell you that everything is fine... TSH is a pituitary hormone, not a thyroid hormone and thyroid hormones can be too low in the ranges, even if TSH is in range. Insist on the proper tests.
the best option is to plan a long term weight loss, including diets, workout, exercise, etc. If you want something really fast, I recommend gastric sleeve by Placidway. Now I don't know if you are a candidate, but you can read more about this procedure, or anothers. The thing is these can effective when it comes to massive weight..
Hello, for me lipovon is the best ways for lose weight. For 4 weeks I lost 8 kilograms. This is very good for me!
Also, what might be worth a mention is that I have been dealing with depression for years and also struggle with binge eating... Idk what it is but it's definitely an eating disorder. This year I've gained about 20 lbs due to a spike in my depression but I am back on my raw diet and I feel so much better. You can message me for support! I'm not a professional or at all good at a healthy lifestyle but everyday is a journey and I wish you the best!
It's hard. All dieters can relate. My family all have very slow metabolisms and a history of diabetes. I've been a large girl most of my life but I have discovered something that makes losing weight very easy for me. I realize that we all lose weight differently. What may be good for me, may not be the best or easiest way for you but here goes... Cut out all drinks but water. I lost 25lbs this way between November and February of that year without even trying. It was a simple choice I made that helped. I also added on a little bit of healthier decision making at the time. It would not stop me from eating what I wanted EVER but I would choose wheat vs white bread, grilled vs fried, etc. Just doing those small things is what helped me to lose that good chunk of weight.
Forward about a year and it just wasn't enough for me, I was still 30lbs overweight and wanted to lose it. The best and quickest way I have lost weight is on a raw diet. That means I ate only raw fruit, veggies, nuts, (with exceptions to, grilled chicken or fish, packaged tuna, better n' peanut butter, and my favorite protein powder). No junk food! Check ingredients of items you buy. If it's all natural ingredients, you're set! On this diet I lost 40lbs! Still only drinking water.
I don't eat after 5:00 pm as I am a night snacker. If you are still hungry after that time, EAT! Get some veggies and eat! Don't let yourself be hungry! But drink water first! You might be mistaking thirst for hunger.
On this diet I ate as much as I wanted! And while you'll have to say no to a lot of people about certain foods, it is worth it!
Just a tip. Might be worth a try. It's easy after the first week. Good luck!
