how to control weight

i m 21 yr old i have height of 5'3 n weight is 54 kg

i dn knw how to control my weight it has increased from 51kg to 54kg now . plz advise me some diet plan
i daily take breakfast usually milk or milkshake , sometimes an apple too
thn i take my lunch in evening i walk for 45 min mostly.dinner is nt regular sometimes i take dinner otherwise not
i have startd taking fruits n water more from last few days but still want guideline plzz

Hi,

You do not sound overweight being 54kg at 5;3 , sometimes when you aren,t eating enough your body goes into starvation mode and it is impossible to lose anymore weight.  It sounds  like you are doing plenty of excercise which is good for everybody trying to lose weight or not but remember you are young and your body needs good nutrition so try to be sensible and not too hard on yourself.
