I don't lose weight

I used to be 120kg and two years ago I lost 30kg so my weight was 90kg.I was 90kg all this time I didn't take any more weight but lately I decided to lose 30 more and I wanna be 75kg by Christmas so after that I lose 15kg more.I started dieting on 10th August and today I am 86.4kg.But I can't lose more weight no matter if I reduce my portion or walk a bit more.Does anyone have solutions?

Well, you've done well if you've lost 4 kg since August 10...Perhaps you're eating the wrong types of foods or you need to get a bit more exercise.

I am eating exactly:
Coffee with two spoons with black sugar for breakfast or nothing it depends if I have time.Then I have my lunch about at 2pm and I eat cabbage with carrot salad and the one of the two breasts of chicken roasted or a tuna conserve with water that has 100cals and then after about 3 hours I eat a yogurt with fruits inside that has 1,5-2% fat and it has 170cals.I am thinking of putting out coffee of my diet and adding a banana for the morning but when I watch that I don't lose weight I am thinking of cutting more food actually not eating sth more...

You're not eating nearly enough calories and your body appears to be conserving the fat you have, since you're not providing enough food for it. If you continue long enough, you will eventually, lose weight, however, you will lose muscle, not fat and you will not be healthy.

You must calculate your calorie needs, based on your current age, weight and height and provide your body with enough nutritious food to be healthy.
