Congratulations on kicking the soda habit. Soda is like a DRUG. I was addicted to Cherry Coke a while back. I never used to drink soda, then all of a sudden, I got the craving and had a hard time backing away.
You'll definitely lose weight cutting out soda and save your teeth too. Soda has so much sugar in it. Good luck.
Try also cutting excess sugar in the foods you eat. If you like chocolate, try some sugar free versions like Dove dark chocolate Sugar free. Its like 5 pieces for 160 cals. If you just keep your portions in half, and also cutting all that soda out you should start seeing an improvement. Good luck!!!!
thank you for responding.. i read online that i should only be consuming 2000 calories to loose weight.. i think i consume over that.. ( im a choco-holic.. and i love food).... will i still loose weight by only cutting out the soda and modeatly exercising?
right now im at 241.. yikes!!! and this is just not acceptable.. i had a baby 8 months ago and cant seem to get rid of the extra weight..
Oh yes....this should make a vast improvement! Between the calories cut by eliminating the sodas and the exercise implemented, you will start to notice a drop in weight. You keep right at it and making small changes as you go along and it will help even more! Congratulations! Cutting soda is a very difficult task.....I speak from the experience of a former Pepsi-aholic here. LOL!
