I needed a help to loss weight I m gaining 75kg

I'm glad this product helped denisie, but there's nothing in it that works all that well. I think the real reason you lost weight on it is you changed your diet and lifestyle as well. Most weight loss supplements will at best result in the loss of a few pounds and then stop doing anything or they help when you're already increasing exercise and altering your diet to a new permanent one that is healthier than the one you were on to start with. As to the person posting, we have no idea if you're overweight or not, only that you want to be "thin." That doesn't tell us how much you need to lose if any, how much you exercise, what you eat now, etc.
