Hi i'm a newbie in here. My weight is 60kilos and my height is 162centimeters. How the ideal weight for me? And what exercise which can burn a lot of fat? Please reply. Thx.

If your a teen then that is quite a good weight to be at. If your really wanting to lose some weight for yourself you could always include more cardio exercises into your fitness regime. These can be anything from swimming to aerobic dance and basketball. Hope these help.

Your ideal weight depends on your age, as well as your height and weight.  A child's ideal weight will be different from that of a teenager and a teenager will be different from that of an adult.

There are a variety of exercises that will burn fat.
