Switch to whole wheat carbs, eat lean meat like chicken turkey and fish. Use nuts as snacks to curb the temptations. Always use Olive Oil in cooking. Eat less in night. Have oatmeals, yogurt parfait in morning. Drink 8-10 ounces of water.Consume 2-3 cups of green tea. Drink vegetable juices. Consume at least 2 fruits every day. You won't have time to give to unhealthy or fatter foods. But of course diet is not everything. You have to work out to burn that fat and make lean muscle in kitchen. Search online for High Interval training sessions. And follow their routine for workout. Give at least 1 hour to workout in a day. You'll observe some changes within 2-3 weeks!
