I been eating more but healthier than i was i have lost a pound a day this week..i have a protien shake at 6 am @ about 9:45 eat afew slices of turkey breast wrapped in a slice of swiss cheese w/ @ cup of tea then i eat a piece of grilled talapid and salad at about 1pm then at 4 pm my dinner protein and brown rice and veggies it seems to b speeding up my metabolism
If you live with other people or depend on others for food selections it gets difficult! If you make your own food choices it is much easier. Stop bringing things into your house that tend to add Calories you don't need: wheat products like bread, crackers, pasta, and cereals (and all the things that go on top of them), cheese, beer, etc. Replace two meals a day with a high-protein meal-replacement product such as a protein smoothie or protein bar. Forty pounds in two months is too much weight to lose safely. Using a low-carb diet such as Atkin's you can lose 5-8# monthly pretty easily.
Losing 40 pounds in 2 months is pretty much not going to happen, even if you starve.
You need to stop and think about what you're doing. Losing weight by any means, other than healthy lifestyle changes will only temporary and will actually put more stress on your heart than it's under now.
