this is great! i already am doing my 10 minute jump rope exercise (that i didnt do today because i was just too sore!!!) but ill try to do it tomorrow if not tuesday(my monday)...it sounds like it would be a really great workout...ill post back with how i felt about it.
My kids just started back to school & I work full-time so this is the perfect workout for me. 30 mins. is about all the time I will have to even try and squeeze in a workout. I'm going to give it a try today after work. Thanks!
