Is losing 4lbs in 3 days to much to fast???

Since Tuesday I have lost 4 pounds. Os that to much to fast??? I've been trying since late May early June to lose weight. I am 5 foot 10 and 146lbs. When I started in June I was 156lbs then I gained a pound then lost 7 gained 1 and lost 4. And that's were I am today. Only 14lbs to go. I want to have a flat stumic and my goal is 132 because that's the lowest I can go for my height and still be healthy!!! But is 4lbs in 3 days to much???

I just think I NEED to fix my stumic it flubbery and grosse and it just hangs down I hate it!!!! So what I am fixing is my appeiremce!!!! Sorry if I sound rude don't mean to
and yes I do qite hate myself. My stepdad has drilled into my head That I am a stupid usless b***h so when he calls me it (wicj hasent been for a whyle) I just think way to point out the obvious. And even though he don't call me that anymore I still feel like it. And I have hatted my self for a couple years now but it intesified last summer when my step brother was hit by a truck and killed. But anyways I'm not going into the whole story right now if you are really curiouser I think I posted the whole thing in the teen depression fourm a whyle back I just don't feel like typing it all out

And curiouser what can losing 4lbs in 3 days do to my body???

I don't think you understood my point - losing weight will not necessarily give you a flat stomach.  The thing that will give you a flat stomach is toning your muscles.

It concerns me very much when you say "I want to lose weight so I can feel comfortable with at least one part of myself. And at least I'm fixing one thing about myself. The one and only thing I can fix about myself. I would like to discard of anything negative about myself so it's one less negative thing I will have to dwell on!!!!"

You can't "fix" something that isn't broken, so by losing weight, you won't be fixing anything; you could, in fact, be making things (your health) worse.  It sounds like you have a rather poor opinion of yourself in general.

Sometimes, we "think" we look different (fatter/shorter/worse/better, etc) than we really do.  I've gone through those periods myself, a lot of times during my life.  We all want to feel comfortable with ourselves, but sometimes, we don't see ourselves the way other people see us.

I wonder if there is someone you might be able to discuss your feelings with (a parent, sibling, favorite aunt, friend, teacher, etc), who might be able to help you accept yourself as you are.

Yes, 4 lbs in 3 days is too much............ Why are you trying to lose weight?

Here's the weights for your height...........

Height                       Small Frame           Medium Frame         Large Frame
5'10"                            132-145                   142-156                  152-173

Your weight is almost perfect; and just because you stay within your weight range, doesn't mean you are going to be healthy; if you don't eat the foods that will provide the nutrients you need and get moderate exercise, you won't be healthy at any weight ........Weight loss, as in cutting calories, isn't always the answer............If you want a flat stomach, you might want to think about doing some exercises that will tone your muscles......
