Spring around the corner?

Yesterday and today have been GLORIOUS in my part of the US. It's crazy how much it feels like spring at the beginning of February. I know it will get cold again. But today my daughters and I went to the park (they're almost 2 and almost 4 years old). Let me tell you guys--- I HAVE ENERGY.

In the past I wouldn't even be motivated to get outside with my kids. And this has nothing to do with the weather because recently I've wanted to get out and play and walk anyway. I was running all over the playground with my girls, something I have NEVER EVER done before. I'm feeling so good!

I'm back up 2 lbs to 182 lbs but it doesn't matter. My energy and endurance is great. We're going on a walk after dinner. I'll probably ride the stationary bike when the kids are in bed, too, and do my weights.

How have you guys been feeling? Does the weather affect your workout routine? I know it did mine in the past. I'd be so unmotivated to get outside. Now all I want to do is be outside and/or working out. I just wish fat would melt off, ya know?!

I feel great as well! I have only been dieting for a few days but the change it's made already is AMAZING! The first couple days I felt extremely sluggish and tired but now all the sudden I have energy! I got my first GOOD nights sleep last night and I feel so good now. All I want to do is exercise, and be as active as I can. The weather was nice here yesterday as well and I went for about a 45 minute walk. I walked to our local park and back. I tried to walk the trail there at the park but it was still nothing but mud/slush and ice so I decided against it lol. I can't wait for the weather to clear up for good so that I can start taking my little girl to the park too! I also never had the energy to do that in the past and when I would take her it wouldn't be for very long because I would tire really quickly.. But things are changing! I can't wait! =]

The waether here is cold and windy and rainy it puts a damper on the weight loss.cant wait for summer my fav season

I am feeling great as well!  The weather has been very sunny for the past few days, but I know that it will not last.  The weather definitely makes a difference in my workouts.  I prefer to workout outside when I can, but it's just too cold most of the time right now.

I feel great!! It's really wierd but you will actually feel light i have lost about 14 lbs now and i swear i feel like a weight has been dropped from my back lol! i feel like i can run fast without something holding me down!! It has been nice here too! i have begun to wear my capris already thats now nice a balming 78 degrees today!! the weather usuall does not phase my workout since i do it at home but like we had one day it was ugly 32 for the high and my house was sooo cold i just not motivate myself!! glad its not like that everyday!! Lol i wish it would melt off too! I still have a ways to go to be nice and tone! But i have made huge progess 4 inches lost off my waistline!!
