Staying motivated varies person to person. For me, I identify my ideal physique and visualize it continuously. I also look at other people's progress photos to fire me up.

Try downloading some of the many free apps for mobile/tablet such as:
8 minute abs
7 minute workout
HIIT timer (will include tabata)
You can then vary these around and even create your own workouts in the HIIT timer. Just play about with it and work out what's best for you.
Motivation can be tough. Pick a good time of day, when you haven't eaten or drunk any fizzy drinks for an hour plus, and excercise. Don't overdo it to start with as left over aches will put you off for the following days fitness session.
Then build up exercise time to suit your targets.
