It's possible. Losing 1% pf your weight rvery week is ok for your body. If you will lose 1% of your weight 0.64 kg per week makes 0.64*12 weeks is 7.68 kg.

It is possible, but very hard to lose it in a healthy manner. I'd say work out 6 times a week and have one day to relax and eat healthy. Good luck!
