The thing is, at 26, you aren't a boy anymore, you're a man and when we grow to be adults, we should no longer look like we did when we were kids.
I'd love to look like I did when I was 25, but with my health issues, age and activity level, I know that just isn't going to (and shouldn't) happen, because I'm no longer 25 yrs old.
As we age, our body goes through certain processes and if we don't take care of ourselves, those natural processes can't happen like they should and we end up with all kinds of issues. I've been where you are and I'd never want to go back there, again.
I do feel that you should get some help, resolving this issue, in order to prevent damage to your body.
I am 26 years old. I used to be 64 kg due to a medical condition. After it's cured, I started to become obsessed with my weight, and wanted to be back to the superslim boy I used to be. Now I think I am only 4 kg short of my previous self. People say as you grow up, you get more bulk in your body.
The thing is, my waistline is shrunken by 2 size and lost 8 kg, but seems that I just could not stop the process I initiated.
Tim.
Inadequate food intake can cause serious issues with growth and development; I don't know your age, but you could be doing yourself serious damage, by not giving your body enough nourishment.
