Hi I'm 28 and I just have a hysterectomy I like people that have been in the same situation to give me tips and guidance and motivation for how they lost weight after hysterectomy
Try walking I had a complete hysto five years ago and i'm still sore some times.

I didn't have any weight to lose after my hysterectomy; however, it's not any different losing after a hysterectomy than it is any other time. You have to make sure you're eating a healthy diet and getting plenty of exercise (do not exercise until your doctor says it's okay); however, walking is always good.
