I agree that weighing yourself everyday is fine and the morning is the best time to weigh yourself.
I agree that weighing first thing in the morning is best. Make sure you do it, after you've gone to the bathroom and before you've eaten or drank anything.
Weighing daily can be quite frustrating, because it's normal for weight to fluctuate throughout the day/night, depending on what/how much you've eaten/drank, whether or not you are retaining fluid, etc, so if you do weigh daily, please be aware of these fluctuations and don't be discouraged by them.
I agree that when losing weight, once or twice/week is plenty, but again, be aware of the fluctuations.
You can also feel free to join us on the Sunday Weigh In thread that I post each week. Even if you don't weigh on Sunday, you're free to post.
Also I think best time to weigh in is first thing in the morning when u wake.
If u want to get a rough idea of how much your weight increases/decreases then that is fine.
But if your goal is to lose weight...then Once or twice each week weigh in. Also try to keep it routine...same day same time from week to week. Also u might want to track your Bodyfat percentage...as this is a more accurate indication of weight loss. Most digital scales come with a BF checker. Hope this helps.
