Do you mean fats from food or fats from body?
If you mean fats from food you can simply avoid fatty food, cut the fat of the meat, of if something was fried and you wand to reduce the fat that's dripping out of the food just use a paper towel to wrap it in.
But if you mean fat from a body it can be done only by burning it (apart from the surgery). You can burn the extra fat by creating the deficit of you daily calories allowance - dieting and/or by doing exercises. Combination of both of them works the most efficient.
