ok i finally woke up and took a good look at it all......you arent going to lose weight overnight, or even over weeks really....its a slow process, but overall, in the end it will be so much better....if you lose 2 lbs a week that is fantastic and means you are doing the right things......but dont make drastic changes right away! start with easy ones like changing from real eggs to egg substitute...from real soda to diet soda.....from 2% milk to fat-free milk....after a while it starts to add up, throw in some excercise, some strength training and before you know it you are looking and feeling wonderful......haha idk why i posted this just wanted to let everyone know i finally understand the true ways...
