That's 49 pounds you want to lose... I don't know of any "safe" way to lose that much in 2 months.
That's a lot of weight! You could try hcg diet at a medical weight loss clinic. It's not exactly healthy but it will work. Or try 1 serving of carbs (oatmeal, sweet potato, brown rice, quinoa) every other day. Chicken, turkey, fish, steak once in a while, broccoli, egg whites. The rest of the time. Eat small amounts 4-6 times a day. Lots of water. No Dairy no alcohol. Google fitness competition diets. Lots of low impact cardio. Try spin class. I weight 165 lbs and burn 700 calories in 45 minutes at flywheel.
Liking all the comments coming in any help will be great I have the portion down on eating just been burning more then I take in
Herbalife Shake in morning and dinner..healthy meal in lunch..eat every 3 hours..3 hours after the breakfast and lunch eat a fruit or salate or yogurt.. drink 4l water for day and circut train..
I understand your need and your sport; however that is way too much weight to lose in such a short time frame. Fighting as a middle weight may be easier to withstand your opponents power, but you will lose your strength dramatically trying to fight in that weight class by November. I would recommend waiting until another bout to fight healthy and ready. That is my professional recommendation for you. Focus on high endurance training at this point and follow the 40/30/30 zone style of eating with carbs at 40%, protein at 30%, and healthy fats at 30% daily. Multiply your body weight x 0.6 for water needs in ounces daily. Stay focused Stan6933.
