Blogilates has excellent, easy(ish) workouts on YouTube. She shows you exactly what to do and is very encouraging.
Weight training, mostly full body workouts or multi muscle, IE squats, deadlift, pull ups push ups, sprints, along with a proper diet. Do not juice! Juicing is taking all the pulp(good stuff for you) put and just leaving you with the juice which has the least nutrients, blend fruits don't juice
Cardio and start juicing green veggies
