I gained 50 pounds while on Paxil without changing my diet at all and I exercise a lot. I didn't lose any of it until I stopped taking that drug. That being said, there is a book called The Anti-Depressant Survival Guide that might help, though the diet suggested in it doesn't sound like a very good or healthful one to me. It might give you some ideas, though. Prozac isn't usually one of the big weight gainers, though, so you might not have a very good diet, but any of these drugs can cause weight gain in some people and you apparently are one of them. But the suggestions are really no different than for anyone else who needs to lose weight -- the drugs slow down our metabolism, and sometimes cause cravings for sugar and simple carbs. So you need to speed up your metabolism through exercise and cut out those foods that metabolize most quickly into sugar that, if not burned off immediately, store as fat. It's harder when you're on these meds, but hopefully you can find a program that works for you.
