Not everyone has access to a gym. Walking is always excellent exercise.
Do leg presses and glute weight machines. It'll really help tone your thighs. It helped me pretty quickly actually and now I'm up to doing 200lbs. I've never had such toned legs before so do all the leg weight machines at the gym about 3-4 times a week. Keep up with this kind of routine to keep toned legs
lilmk7... you can't spot lose, but you can exercise to tone the muscles in you legs/thighs... Walking is some of the best exercise there is for toning legs and thighs. Yoga is also very good. Keep in mind that "nothing" works immediately, and if it does, the effects won't be long lasting, whereas exercise and building muscles will serve you all your life as long as you keep them strong.
