I did go to that web site and it clarifies what you've been saying. It's too bad that we can't pick and choose where we want the fat to come from - I personally would like it to come off my backside, but alas, no specific exercises for that either I guess!!

Well, there's good news and bad news... Don't you hate that? Which do you want first? I've heard StarryNight say this and I've said this, but not too sure anyone believes it. I would call that the "bad news" simply because we're all looking for a quick fix for our tummy's, thighs, hips, etc.
But, the good news is that by following a good eating plan and combining cardio (aerobic) and strength-training, FAT will come off of your body. Unfortunately, genetics will dictate WHERE it will come off of YOUR body FIRST.
Please be encouraged and LOOK FORWARD to where your body goes with this. It's like unwrapping a package!!!
