i did my weigh in and up 2 pounds from last week, 212, but i knew that was going to happen, and i've been doing so good with my weight loss i'm not too worried about it. i did go out for drinks friday night and along with that, i kept making stops at the table with all the food. but i've been good today and i'm confident that i will be at least 2 pounds down next week. i'm proud that i managed to make it through the holidays, no only did i no gain, but i stayed less than my maintenance range i set for myself, 223-225.
I'm sorry to hear about your heart issue; I hope you will get things worked out soon. I know this has been an issue for you, this past year.

I wasnt Brave enough to weigh this morning, but i know i am up, i have been eating like food was about to run out, if it didnt move i ate it lol
i have also not been feeling well, been having on and off chest pain well not really pain more discomfort, and neck ache, jaw pain and under and down left arm, since christmas eve, then yesterday got worse in sainsburys store, looks like i might have had a second heart attack, the trace is showing some irregularities, got to go back to docs on tuesday, started on asprin for now,
so not a great start to the new year,
