Trouble Losing Weight

Hello, I'm a 30 year old woman trying to lose weight. I am 5'2, 112 pounds, with 15.9 body fat percentage and a small body frame. I have lost 8 pounds in the past month through dieting and exercise. I do an hour of yoga 5-6 times a week, am predominantly vegan, and eat 1000 calories a day. I try to eat back my exercise calories. I am having trouble getting down to my desired weight, which is 105 pounds. I am afraid I have plateaued. Attached is an example of what my daily diet looks like. What do you suggest I do to lose the last 7 pounds?

Honestly stop trying to lose weight.  You are in a healthy weight range now.  But you should consider eating a little more and drinking more water.
