Make sure you include enough lean meats, whole grains, low/no fat dairy, lots of veggies and some fruit, along with "good" fats.
For exercise, walking at a pretty good pace is great, as is yoga or other types of exercise. Just make sure you pick something you enjoy, so you will be sure to stick with it.

the way i lost a bit of weight was eating alot of salad and drinking alot of water.
the exercises i done was walking for half and hour everyday and it helped alot.
