Hello, I have been gaining weight at a rate of 2.5 pounds every month since September 2006. I have gone from 145 (after having my daughter and working to lose weight) to 190 present day. The obscene weight gain started when I began school again (full time) along with working (full time) and single motherhood. I drink ~80 oz. of water daily, I count calories, I work out (weights and aerobic/cardio) for an hour a day, I had a trainer, I have tried low carb, low fat and supplements. Nothing has worked to stop or reverse the gain. I have seen my generl practioner and had blood work done and everything came back normal. I noticed stretch marks on my biceps two days ago. I can not keep gaining like this. Please help!
