It's not recommended losing more than 1kg a week, any more than that and you risk your body going into a defense mechanism making you feel more hungry and eat more to put on the weight you lost.
Exercise and proper diet. You can't do the one and not the other and still expect to lose weight. You should check Youtube for cardio exercises and healthy food recipes, and other tips also.
I realise it's already been over 2 weeks, but this way you have some info for the future.
That's too much too lose, in that short a time.
