I really want to lose waight but its too hard . Im 13 and i waigh 11.2 is that bad for my age
Being as young as both of you are I wouldn't recommend dieting or forcing yourselves to lose weight. Join a club, take the stairs at school. Make yourself stronger! That is what is important.
When I was 13 I was 5'9, 215lbs! That, my friend, is what I call unheathy. You guys have some reserve, that is it. Embrace it. Love it. You are beautiful, you are healthy.
The ideal weight for you is actually, around 110 or 115. I'm also actually 13,but I'm 5ft 3in. I'm around 132 and I know I need to lose weight. If I was 5ft 2in and weighed 4 pounds more I would look seriously over weight. You should cut carbs down, and eat more protein and vegetables if you wanna lose a little weight. :)
The ideal body weight for your height (5ft 2in) is between 125 and 136.63 lbs. So your weight is fine. If you are worried about it you can just start getting involved in school sports or if that is not your thing, just start walking for 1/2 or more a day. It never hurts to be more fit!
