Take care of your knee, perhaps a brace .. and bicycling and swimming are both low impact knee exercises .. if you can implement or change them out for the walking now and then.

Hi! I'm new and I'm here on Sat. I've yo-yo'd with my weight my whole adult life. A couple years ago, I lost 70lbs, but last Dec. I slowly began gaining again. I could NOT stop the train. I almost gave up. It got back up to 31 lbs back on, and now I'm back down to 24 lbs back on. I still lack a true positive feeling about doing this! It seems I can lose weight, but once I hit bottom, I CANNOT maintain. I never quit exercising. I am literally in the best shape of my adult life. I keep running into you on MedHelp. You are really an inspiration. I hope to learn how to post and respond. I really don't get this!!! Can an old dog learn new tricks ; )

I've been quiet for a bit, I've not been feeling well, which is why I didn't join the challenge. On a bright note, I recently reached the -40 lb mark! (As of yesterday, I'm at -41 lbs!)
That was a much needed boost.
I just did an aerobic workout (30 minutes on a stair master), something I haven't been up to doing much lately. I'm beat, but glad I did it.
