constipation,exercise for thighs and exercise for reducing weight

i am 24years old girl
weight is 52kg
height is 5ft 5inches
i want to know some exercise about thighs and want to look slim from waist and thighs tooo
secondly guide be with strongly effective tricks to avoid constipation forever.. tell me some easy home remedy
thirdly i want to lose weight with healthy dietery habits and good exercise at home

do you go to the gym? do you walk regularly?

how many vegetables and fruits do you eat daily? how much water do you drink?

no do not got go to gym..
i do exercise regularly, aerobics, yoga..
yes i eat vegetables and fruits but not regularly.
and 10 glass of water daily.
