I know that the b12 with lipotropics are most likely safe to take with your meds because they are simply b-vitamins and an amino acid mixture.  They're safe enough for a nursing mother who's wanting to lose weight to use... so pretty safe!
As for Alli.... if you don't mind a brown oily leakage from your bottom (the common complaint about the stuff)... then I guess it's ok to use.  Personally, I opt for the b12 lipotropics LOL.  Alli gave me that crawly skin feeling as well, which this other doesn't cause any adverse reactions in me personally at all.  So for me, the choice is simple.

Usually with Lyrica you are better off using a sensible diet and exercise would be more beneficial.  Diet pills do not work for anyone in my book.  If anything try Alli, it may be your best bet. If not Weight Watchers would be a good idea.
