20 pounds is too much too lose, safely, in one month...
to drop your weight you need to drop some excess body fat. The easiest way to do so is simple cardio. 45-1:15 minutes 3-4 times a week at your 60-70 percent of your max heart rate. I know this may seem like alot but because you are basing your pace on your heart rate you will be burning strictly fat calories.
To get the heart rate zone you subtract 220-age= Max Heart Rate (MHR)
take your MHR and multiply by .6 and then again by .7
MHR x .6
MHR x .7
this is your fat burning zone.
for example a 30 year old.
220-30=190
190 x .6 = 114
190 x .7 = 133
so a 30 year olds fat burning zone based on heart rate is anywhere from 114 beats per minute to 133 beats per minute. While on the treadmill or bike or if you have a heart rate monitor stay in this zone during your cardio and you will burn strictly fat that will stay off. Anything higher you will burn the good foods you ate that day anything less will just be sweating out water weight.
Walking is one of the easiest and best forms of exercise. Try to walk from 30 minutes to 60 minutes every day, if your overall health will allow it. You can build up to that amount of time by walking at least 10 minutes the first time, then going up to 20 minutes, and then 30 minutes. If you can't walk outside due to weather or other conditions, you can just walk around inside.
Hi there!
Okay this is simple- just last week I downloaded from the app store the '7 minute' practice- and this works so good!!! It literally brought me back to life. I burn calories and I started even sleeping better. You can also eat healthy products to open your day like oats, chia seeds, whole wheat bread and pasta- try it, and keep yourself motivated ;). Doing jogging is also very good
