help getting started

I have tried so many times to lose weight. I go for a week and lose motivation. Any pointers om how to stay on track with a go go go lifestyle

I know this is weird but I'm serious, go onto google images and write in "Weight loss quotes"

Just keep reminding yourself why you're doing it and why you're working so hard. When you work hard you see results and know that you can treat yourself everyone once in a while. Never deprive yourself! I lost over 50lbs and now I'm working to tone myself, I'm still working hard everyday and yes it is hard at times but so many people are so proud of me and how far I've come and I can't let them or myself down. So think about your goals and just know you're not alone. I believe in you!
