Eat breakfast every morning, special k cereal is a great start with 2% milk, a small piece of fruit and tea.
String cheese for your snack mid morning
Turkey sandwich for lunch on whole wheat bread, with mustard or light mayo, lettuce, tomatoe or any other veggies you like on the sandwich
small apple for snack
handful of almonds or some other nuts-great protein snack
(protein makes you feel full)
For dinner, lean meat about 4-5 ounces, salad, low cal dressing, and a great veggetable
(limit butter, and salt) try to put olive oil on your veggies, it a great fat to add to your diet.
You need fat-good fats like avocado, olive oils, nuts all in small quantities. It's the non-fat, no fat diets that are making us fat. Fat and protein help us lose and maintain loss.
Don't be extreme. Start with 25 sit ups and walk more. If you have access to a pool, thats excellent exercise and it's relaxing. I just lost 20 pounds doing the food plan I explained and try not to look at it as a diet, it's a food plan or a way of eating. And add as much activity to your life.
