In saying this there are such thing as good carbs, they can speed up the metabolism and also provide energy. google good Carbs. stay away from white pasta and bread, stick to multi grain and or rice pasta. workout at least 3 times a week, make sure your workout includes both cardiovascular exercises as well as some strength training such as lifting weights to help tone and trim so that as the weight is being dropped every thing is also being lifted into place. Try out p90x ! that's what I do, it's a hard work out but it works . I have dropped 10lbs in 3 weeks just by maintaining a healthy diet, decreasing my calorie intake as well as decreasing the amount of unhealthy foods I was consuming and doing p90x for an hour every day .
Yes I second that! I just started drinking shakeology and doing T25 by Team Beachbody (same company that makes p90x). I watch my food and crave less thanks to shakeology. After my first week I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches on my waist. Teach Beachbody provides coaches and mine organized a FatZap group for three weeks. They teach us about proper foods to eat and give us challenges. Honestly I have been trying for 5 years to lose weight and this is the first thing that has worked. And I have trained for half marathons. Could run them but still weighed the same and wore same size clothes even my naturopath was baffled. Find support and work with others accountability is the best weight loss solution!
