It's very unsafe to try to lose that much weight in a month and any weight lost, will be regained, if one goes back onto a normal eating pattern. Jolihub, I know you're juicing and you love it, but be careful. I've known people who did the juicing thing and got very ill from it... not to mention that they gained all the weight back and then some, once they went back to a normal diet.
Watch the movie Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. You will see that you can lose it safely. I am starting my reboot today and plan on losing 20 this month.
You can't lose 20 pounds in a month, safely. The most you should plan on is half that.
