how to lose weight? help asap!

im 5ft2inch [or more] and i weight from 8and a half stone to 9 stone [it varies] i have a very bad personaly opinion on my body, and i really want to lose weight! im willing to not eat, but i find it hard to not eat when im bored, ive stopped eating breakfast, and when i go to school i dont eat lunch, but now its the holidays i eat lunch. aswell as loads of snacks. usually when i get home from school i eat alot like 5 snack and then tea. on school days i say i eat 500cal [not including all my snacks] inclusing snacks probably 1000cal or more? my sister didnt eat for a few months and she has a perfect body! is there any one that can give me tips on how to fast, or on how to lose weight FAST?
i also go running everynight in some fields [but only if my parents will walk down with me as i dont like walking on my own] and every so often [2 or 3 times a week] i do 'weight loss for dummies' [i think] its like strength training. im willing to do ANYTHING with in reason, and not noticable!

I forgot.....at 5'2 8 and a half stones to 9 is a good healthy weight. Please take care not to develop and eating disorder as it will ruin your life.

I am not a sports nutritionist but i do know that NOT eating is the WRONG way to lose weight. Also, only consuming 1000 calories is not going to help. Your body needs fuel or it will "shut down" it will put its self in a survival state and store any food you eat b/c it doesnt know when you will fuel it again. I would suggest you eat 5-6 small, healthy meals a day and continue running and weight training. Easy with the weights though as muscle can build underneath the fat and push it forward. Do low weight and high repetitions. ABOVE ALL......REMAIN POSITIVE. A healthy mind goes a long way.Good luck
