The only advice I can give you if the one that I am doing.
I am 18, 5'5, and about 140lbs.
You need to always be active and not sit on your butt all day. I used to do that.
Go running, eat healthy, and do crunches and push-ups when you wake up and before you go to bed.
Loosing weight is something you need to stick to because if you stray off the path, chances are you won't get back on it.

hopefully you wil find lots of good advise and support in this forum. You are still very young and I am sure that you will be able to get rid of your overweight quite soon if you are willing to exercise and to avoid junk food and candies. Have you already thought about how to lose weight?
oh forgot to mention, are u also involved in active action like sports or in your school and so on? i am really worried about 16 year olds putting on so much weight! have you consulted your parents before putting this up or seen a doctor? it might help you sort out your problem and maybe it is not the drugs after all! i hope you do well with it all! good luck!

i am sorry to hear about your drug problem! however, i don't like these drugs and don't understand why people should take drugs - it is just a put off! i hope you have understood your lesson now! sorry for reprimanding, but i cannot see any other way!
