Cut down on carbs, specially simple carbs as much as possible. Eat plenty of salads and fresh vegetables but go very easy on the dressing.
I make my own using extra virgin olive oil -1 count- raw apple cider vinegar -2 counts- sea salt, pepper, oregano,
mustard, dry basil.to your liking.
Use an elliptical exercise machine and do intermittent training. Add some resistance or weight training to your fitness regiment.
Drink plenty of water 1 hour away from meals.
Avoid all sugars, including artificial like the plague.
Make a list of low glycemic foods and also a list of alkalizing foods and eat mainly from these 2 lists.
Make sure you balance your intake with some good quality proteins.
