You can possibly come close to 10 lbs. a month if you stick to your plan and exercise regularly. My advice would be to opt for lean protein and non-starchy vegetables and cut your carbohydrate intake. The carbs you do eat should be whole grain and try to eat them early in the day so you have time to burn them off. Yes, drink lots of water to flush your system and add some flax seed oil to boost your metabolism. You do have to be careful of fruit intake and stay away from sugary ones like bananas. Remember, low glycemic. I lost 50 lbs. this way about 7 years ago..

Watch fruit intake, because it tends to have a lot of sugar, which if not used quickly, will be stored as fat, even though it is "natural". If you're going to eat fruit, stick with those like apples and pears that are high in fiber.

Take green tea without sugar in the morning, evening. you ll be very active and fresh if v take green tea. Dont take much food in the night. Eat as many fruits as you can. It ll help you ingiving youthful skin. And take ur normal food not need for strict diet. Because it ll also make ur appearance dull. So take ur normal day to day food accordingly except junk foods. You don't have to follow a strict diet to reduce your weight , just follow basic steps which a speed up the metabolism and fat burning hormones and reduce weight.Always try healthy, filling snack, such as an apple and some other fruits. Smart snacking will assist you to lose weight.
