lose weight

i desperately want to lose weight and tone up. finding it hard to keep up exercising. and eat junk or eat at wrong times please help

I find it hard to thats why I let myself have one cheat day a week, I loved eating fast food but now if I want something bad I just go to the gym for a hour n workout. Just find things to do if u have that craving.

How much exercise are you doing and what kind. What's your nutrition plan like, what are you eating and how many calories are you consuming on the average? I can help but more information would be helpful.
