Ok, but what should I eat to lose weight? How many hours should I workout?
It took more than one year to lose 15 kg? What diet plan did you follow?
You can lose about 2kg in a month. So 15 kg for 7.5 months is achivable goal.
I losse my 15kg approximately 14months.
Then to lose 15 kg healthily, how many months it will take?
Why has it got to be 15kg? Why not a realistic figure that is achievable. I think you are putting too much pressure on yourself to do something that is near on impossible. I say impossible because if you haven't lost it over a sensible period of time previously what makes you think you will lose it all in a few weeks. Chances are you will start and then fail when you don't lose it as quick as you want. Set yourself an achievable goal that doesn't involve starving yourself and in so doing falling off the wagon and eating everything in sight resulting in diet failure and weight gain.
These types of weight loss are not recommended, because they lose weight too quickly, and are most likely losing water and muscle, not fat. Nearly all lost weight is regained as soon as the plan is stopped...
you can try the Optifast program. It is used by people who are getting surgery and need to lose weight before surgery. My mum lost 15kg in 3 weeks and I lost 10kg in 3 weeks. If you can commit to it, it should work.
That would be an unhealthy amount of weight to lose in that timeframe...and is most likely impossible!
