You can't "spot lose" weight. You can exercise to reduce the love handles. Try some yoga or even a 30 minute daily walk . Look into zumba or some type of dance.

Dancing is excellent exercise. Go for it.
Have you ever looked in zumba? That's exercise based on latin dances...... wonderful exercise. I've just gotten a new dvd and plan to start it myself, plus I've joined a line dancing class.
